Description

A delightful treat that captures the essence of holiday cookies in creamy fudge form, perfect for gatherings and gifts.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups high quality white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup festive Christmas sprinkles
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup finely crushed sugar cookies


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter.
  3. Melt using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  5. If using, fold in crushed sugar cookies.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle festive Christmas sprinkles on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
  9. Lift fudge out, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container.
