Ingredients
- 3 cups high quality white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into smaller pieces
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup festive Christmas sprinkles
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
- Optional: 1/2 cup finely crushed sugar cookies
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter.
- Melt using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
- If using, fold in crushed sugar cookies.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle festive Christmas sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
- Lift fudge out, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container.
