Ingredients
- 1 package won ton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked ground meat (chicken, pork, or shrimp)
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (like carrots, bell peppers, or green onions)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger (freshly grated or powdered)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground meat, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger until well combined.
- Take a won ton wrapper and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle and press to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the won tons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Notes
Seal the won ton wrappers well to prevent them from opening while frying. Customize the filling with spices or sauces.
