Description

A quick and tasty way to prepare salmon that keeps it moist and flavorful. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  6. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the seasoning to taste. Experiment with herbs like dill or parsley. If grilling isn’t an option, bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
