- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

- Let cool on wire racks.
