Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Add butter and stir until melted and noodles are coated.
- Slice the chicken and return it to the pan, mixing with the noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan while cooking the chicken for even browning. Adjust seasoning to taste, and consider adding herbs for additional flavor.
