Description

Delicious loaded nachos made in the air fryer, ready in just 16 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 jalapeno (sliced)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons guacamole


Instructions

  1. Place the tortilla chips in the basket of your air fryer.
  2. Place the beans over the top of the chips.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the chips.
  4. Evenly distribute the tomatoes and jalapeños next.
  5. Set the air fryer to 390°F for six minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and your favorite other toppings.
