Description

A quick and easy recipe that combines tender chicken breasts with a rich, buttery garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the chicken back to the skillet, spoon garlic butter sauce over it, and let it soak for a minute.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
