Description

A creamy and flavorful dip combining cottage cheese with spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings and game days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese and freshly chopped green onions.
