Delicious bite-sized Big Mac sliders that capture the classic flavors of a Big Mac, perfect for game days or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns (sesame seed)
- Lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix in Thousand Island dressing and pickles.
- Place the bottom half of slider buns in a baking dish.
- Layer beef mixture evenly over the buns.
- Top with shredded cheese, then place the top half of the buns on.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcook the beef for a juicy mixture. Customize with toppings like jalapeños or avocado.
