Description

Delicious bite-sized Big Mac sliders that capture the classic flavors of a Big Mac, perfect for game days or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns (sesame seed)
  • Lettuce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in Thousand Island dressing and pickles.
  5. Place the bottom half of slider buns in a baking dish.
  6. Layer beef mixture evenly over the buns.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, then place the top half of the buns on.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcook the beef for a juicy mixture. Customize with toppings like jalapeños or avocado.
