A delicious and simple recipe for baked chicken thighs that are juicy and crispy, perfect for any family meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each thigh and rub thoroughly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the thighs.
  5. Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Preheat the oven to 425°F and roast the chicken for 35-40 minutes until internally at 165°F.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
