Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine quark, oats, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix until well blended.
- Heat a thin layer of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly.
