Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the nuts, oats, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract over low heat.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the nut and oat mixture, stirring to combine.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
