Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway, until the chips are golden and crispy.
