Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the pasta, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
