Description

A quick and simple meal that packs a flavorful punch, ideal for busy days when you want a hearty dinner without spending hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (12 oz) package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add the chopped celery and onion on top of the mixture.
  4. Spread the stuffing mix evenly over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and stuffing is heated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced carrots or mushrooms. For a creamier stuffing, add extra chicken broth. Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
