Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups spaghetti, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chopped bell pepper, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir in the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese.
- Allow the cheese to melt completely, and serve hot.
Notes
For a quicker meal, use shredded rotisserie chicken. Customize the cheese type to your liking.
