Description

A delicious and comforting family meal combining tender chicken, creamy sauce, and cheesy goodness wrapped around spaghetti, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chopped bell pepper, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir in the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese.
  5. Allow the cheese to melt completely, and serve hot.

Notes

For a quicker meal, use shredded rotisserie chicken. Customize the cheese type to your liking.
