Description

Delicious and crunchy nuggets made with boiled potatoes, roasted sabudana, and peanuts, perfect for fasting days or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup Roasted Sabudana (powdered)
  • ⅓ cup Roasted Peanuts (powdered)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt (or Sendha Namak)
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 Green Chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape into small nuggets.
  3. Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney.

Notes

Fry the nuggets in batches for even cooking. You can add grated carrots or spinach for extra nutrition.
