Description
Delicious and crunchy nuggets made with boiled potatoes, roasted sabudana, and peanuts, perfect for fasting days or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 cup Roasted Sabudana (powdered)
- ⅓ cup Roasted Peanuts (powdered)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt (or Sendha Namak)
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 Green Chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape into small nuggets.
- Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney.
Notes
Fry the nuggets in batches for even cooking. You can add grated carrots or spinach for extra nutrition.
