Description

A delightful dish featuring salmon fillets in a creamy, savory sauce with spinach and tomatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to thicken.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce for a few minutes.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
