Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to thicken.
- Return salmon to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce for a few minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
