Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi and feta cheese; toss to combine.
