Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla wraps
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, celery, onions, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla wrap flat and place a lettuce leaf on it.
- Add a portion of the chicken salad mixture on top and wrap it tightly.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or pack for a picnic.
Notes
Use chilled ingredients to help the salad hold together. Adjust the mayo-to-yogurt ratio for a creamier or lighter wrap based on your preference.
