Description

A comforting dish that pairs ground beef with a rich creamy sauce and pasta for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Don’t overcook the pasta for an ideal texture.
