Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Don’t overcook the pasta for an ideal texture.
