Ingredients
- Pork chops
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Garlic

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sear the pork chops until browned. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until they are softened.
- Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened.
- Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pork chops are fully cooked and tender.
