Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added heat, you can incorporate chopped jalapeños or green chili peppers. It’s also delicious without cheese.
