Ingredients
- 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in the corn, shredded cheddar cheese, sugar, salt, pepper, cornmeal, and baking powder until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
