Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in the corn, shredded cheddar cheese, sugar, salt, pepper, cornmeal, and baking powder until well combined.
