Description

A refreshing twist on a classic coleslaw combining green cabbage, crunchy apples, and tangy dried cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
