Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth over medium heat, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon, mixing well until combined.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
For an even creamier dish, feel free to add extra cheese or cream. This dish can also be made ahead of time and reheated.
