Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- Olive oil (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and eggs.
- Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion into small circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it with olive oil, if desired.
- Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and puffed up.
- Once cooked, stack the flatbreads under a towel to keep them warm and soft.
- Serve the flatbread warm with spreads, soups, or toppings of your choice.
Notes
