Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain it and set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in the cottage cheese mixture and stir until warmed through.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For added protein, mix in grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp. Adjust sauce consistency with more milk if needed.
