Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
