Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs either using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
- Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place on the baking sheet and sprinkle with festive decorations.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate coating hardens completely.
