Description

Delightful meatballs combining savory flavors with the sweet tartness of cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then form into small meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.
  5. Brush the cranberry mixture over the meatballs, coating them well.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  7. Serve warm as appetizers.
