Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then form into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Brush the cranberry mixture over the meatballs, coating them well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm as appetizers.
