Ingredients
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring until boiling.
- Pour the mixture over the crackers, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Let them sit for a couple of minutes until melted, then spread the chocolate evenly.
- Top with toffee bits and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be refrigerated or frozen.
