Description

A protein-packed, low-carb dish perfect for busy weeknights or meal prepping.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 large head Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or lightly boil broccoli florets until they are tender-crisp.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  8. Let the dish stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use cooked chicken for best results. Don’t overcook the broccoli for a nice texture contrast.
