Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 8 ounces cooked and diced thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 burrito-size tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the diced cooked chicken, bacon, shredded cheddar jack cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly spread chicken mixture over each, leaving a small margin around edges.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder shape and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels and serve on a platter.
