Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces cooked and diced thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 burrito-size tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning, mixing until smooth.
  2. Fold in the diced cooked chicken, bacon, shredded cheddar jack cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently.
  3. Lay out tortillas and evenly spread chicken mixture over each, leaving a small margin around edges.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder shape and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
