Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- Add the red food coloring and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then gradually incorporate it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

- While the brownies are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by mixing the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
