Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened (or dairy-free substitute)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it.
