Description

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes are a delicious side dish, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the hot potatoes.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to cut the potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking. Adjust the ranch seasoning based on your taste preferences.
