Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and beef broth, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  5. Reduce the heat and add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean ground beef or ground turkey. You can also add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
