Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and beef broth, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Reduce the heat and add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground beef or ground turkey. You can also add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
