Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them. Top each tortilla with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If using, add the chopped parsley for an extra touch of freshness.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Notes
