Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them. Top each tortilla with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If using, add the chopped parsley for an extra touch of freshness.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm to enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and add more vegetables. You can also reduce the amount of cheese or use low-fat alternatives.
