Description

Delightful wraps filled with creamy, flavorful chicken and cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until creamy.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spoon a quarter of the chicken filling into each tortilla. Add optional vegetables if desired.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the wraps.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Use leftover chicken for a quicker prep. Experiment with different cheeses and have fun with fillings.
