Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into a circle, leaving enough for a lid.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly in the center, followed by the shredded cheese and cranberry sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the pastry over to form a pocket and seal the edges, crimping with a fork.
