Description

Quick and easy cheesy breadsticks made with pizza dough, melted cheese, and a garlicky butter finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Brush melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle minced garlic and Italian seasoning evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Cut the dough into strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
  6. Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

Allow breadsticks to cool slightly before serving for better texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
