Description
Quick and easy cheesy breadsticks made with pizza dough, melted cheese, and a garlicky butter finish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Brush melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle minced garlic and Italian seasoning evenly.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cut the dough into strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
Allow breadsticks to cool slightly before serving for better texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
