Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar in another bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly firm.

Notes
Use tart apples like Granny Smith for a nice balance with the sweetness of the caramel. Make sure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
