Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, mix it with rice vinegar.
  2. Prepare the cucumber, avocado, and carrots by slicing them into thin strips or rounds.
  3. Assemble individual bowls with a portion of sushi rice at the base, topped with crab meat and arranged vegetables.
  4. Add sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top.
