A delicious meal bringing together bold flavors of Cajun-seasoned steak with rich, creamy rigatoni pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce.
- Return steak tips to the skillet and mix everything together. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use high-quality steak for best flavor. Adjust seasoning based on spice preference. For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or whole milk.
