Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and shrimp back into the skillet; toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor, and adjust Cajun seasoning according to your heat preference.
