Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the salmon fillets on both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the salmon skin side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the salmon is almost cooked through.
- Flip the salmon, add butter and honey, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked and caramelized.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
