Description

A flavorful and simple mushroom dish enhanced with garlic, lemon, and parsley, perfect as a side or vegetarian option.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz Sherry mushrooms
  • Garlic Powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms along with garlic powder and salt to taste. Cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the mushrooms are lightly browned and softened.
  3. Stir in the parsley, butter, and lemon juice. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes until all ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Choose fresh mushrooms for best flavor. Don’t rush the browning process for richer taste. Experiment with herbs and adjust seasonings to your liking.
