Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- 8 oz feta cheese block, crumbled
- ½ block cream cheese (4 oz), softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- More basil leaves, chopped for garnish
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Bruschetta by mixing chopped tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Make the Cheese Mixture by combining crumbled feta, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in another bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble the dip by layering the cheese mixture in a serving dish, followed by the tomato mixture. Top with basil, red pepper flakes, and grated Parmesan.
Notes
Best enjoyed with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
