Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained well
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Fold in shredded cheddar, pepper jack, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
- Add green onions and fresh herbs, mixing gently.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor, or serve immediately if needed.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce. For a warm dip, heat gently until melty.
