Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained well
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar, pepper jack, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Add green onions and fresh herbs, mixing gently.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor, or serve immediately if needed.
