Description

Soft and chewy cookies packed with fresh blueberries and sweet white chocolate morsels, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the salt, baking soda, and flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If the dough is too dry, add the optional milk.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate morsels and fresh blueberries.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
